Well, apart from being a butt-kicking tee afficionado online store, well actually that is very much it. Based in Singapore, we're a bunch of tee shirt lovers who wants to share the love with fellow tee shirt lovers.
So are your tees really limited and gone forever once sold?
Indeed, as the tees that we keep stock of are never printed ever again. Absolutely zero reprints, thus 100% sentimental and exclusive.
So how does payment work?
Thanks to Paypal, one of the world's leading secure and quick online payment system, you can trust that we do not keep any of your valuable payment info with us. Paypal handles all that. Also you don't have to worry if you've got no paypal account, it's not compulsory. All good major credit cards can be easily accepted just as well.
So you accept credit cards, right?
Yes we do, although you'd still have to go through Paypal's secure payment gateway. Again, don't worry, you don't have to have an account with them to pay using your credit cards, since they function to process your payment information only.
So do you accept bank transfers as well?
Only if your have an account with one of the banks in Singapore. Email sales@teedojo.com with "BankTransfer" in your subject line, and we will give you further instructions for payment. It's a little bit more work, but it's an option that we think is great for you to have.
So what about privacy policy?
Since we do not collect any of your private information, thus there really isn't any privacy issue between you and us. It's better this way.
So how does shipping work?
Once order is confirmed and payment is accepted, local (SG) shipping should take between 2-4 days while international shipping would take 2-4 weeks, depending on where you are. Local shipping charges include $1 shipping fee, and additional $2 per shirt. International shipping fee varies, so do ask us at sales@teedojo.com if you really had to know.
So how about returns and refunds?
Manufacturer's defect are beyond our control but we'll be glad to assist you on any issues. Please send an email to service@teedojo.com to request return or refund instructions. All returns and refunds must be within 30 days from the date of purchase and item(s) must be unworn and unwashed. Do note that due to the extremely limited-edition nature of our products, exchanges are usually not possible.
So what is this MKNTFN label I see around here?
